What will you do as a Safety Manager at our IES Communications' Scottsdale Branch?

As employees of IES in Scottsdale, our Division Safety Manager, Regional Safety Manager, and Safety Manager positions all play crucial roles in ensuring the implementation and compliance of safety policies, procedures, and programs. The Division Safety Manager works with all levels of supervision and management to assure compliance with safety standards, conducts inspections, and develops safety action plans. The Regional Safety Manager supports and provides guidance for operations in meeting safety goals, conducts audits and inspections, and delivers safety training. The Safety Manager performs audits and inspections, delivers safety training, and coordinates root cause investigations. All three positions prioritize the reduction and elimination of hazards and safety incidents, maintain safety records, and teach and mentor stakeholders to uphold the IES Safety Culture.
