They review recommendations for Project Managers' performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes, providing guidance and mentoring to Program Managers to meet customer and company goals. Additionally, they approve recommendations for subordinate PMs' performance ratings and develop strategies for managing project profitability. They also review financial reporting, manage multiple scopes of work, participate in the bid process, and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies. Acting as a liaison with customers, they create and implement account process improvements, while also taking on other assigned responsibilities.
