The Purchasing Specialist in our Santa Clara branch is responsible for entering purchasing information into the accounting system, ensuring accurate GL codes and project numbers, ordering and accounting for materials used on job sites, resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies, coordinating returns and credit memos, processing vendor returns, preparing purchase orders, managing workload distribution, implementing project process improvements, and serving as a back-up for the front desk.
