Our Director of Quality and Development leads the charge, overseeing the Training and Quality Department, including Quality Managers, Soft Skills Trainers, and administrative staff. This role is pivotal in supervising the instructional design of training materials and ensuring their effective use across various learning solutions such as instructor-led, web-based, and blended instruction. Additionally, the Director plays a crucial role in developing quality control processes that meet both internal and external customer needs.

Supporting this mission, our Quality Training Specialist and Senior Quality Training Specialist roles focus on developing trade-related, project management, and delivery training, incorporating hands-on demonstrations and assessments to prepare employees effectively. These positions are essential in conducting thorough training needs assessments and delivering job-specific training through diverse methods, including virtual classrooms and webinars.

Complementing these roles, our Soft Skills Trainer specializes in developing and providing training that enhances all skill sets, utilizing a variety of formats like class outlines, presentations, and webinars. This position is key to preparing employees for success by implementing training processes and best practices that add significant value and improve business performance.
