Additionally, they manage client interactions, supervise the CAD team's overall activities, including staffing and training, and develop materials tailored to meet IES and CAD team needs. On the other hand, our CAD Operators focus on documenting customer cabling through various software, managing drawing progress, and being the first technical/design contact. They're tasked with organizing and completing job documentation packages and producing CAD drawings from existing designs or sketches. Both roles are integral to maintaining the high standards and efficiency of our operations here in Phoenix, ensuring every project meets our clients' expectations.
