What will you do as a Training Coordinator at our IES Communications' Montgomery Branch?
As employees of our branch in Montgomery, our Training Department Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking all training records, coordinating internal and external training programs, sending class reminders to participants, managing classroom set-up and catering, maintaining the training schedule and calendar, enrolling participants in external training courses, assisting with the scheduling of quality audits in the IESOS system, formatting, printing, and distributing required training materials, coordinating with training vendors, managing training records, assisting the team with training video creation and editing, and fulfilling other assigned responsibilities such as sending out reminders to employees on continuing education requirements and certificate renewals.
