Technology is all around us. Companies are losing competitive advantage every day they fail to embrace the benefits, even in physically demanding services as communication and cabling.
To be the best, you have to continuously better everyone in the company. This is why IES Communications considers training one of the 3 core pillars of our company. The results are evident in everything we do.
To be assured of the job we do, we have an internal team that qualifies every job meets or exceeds the project deliverables for every project saving time so you can focus on other areas.
For over 3 decades, we have been refining our approach, increasing our technology and implementing our training to make sure that we accomplish the services, at the right time.
When you work with IES Communications, whether you are a Fortune 500 Enterprise, or a company with a single location, you get our attention to detail, national purchasing relationships, and access to the wisdom of implementing communication and cabling projects for 30+ years.
We share our goals and collectively our success is tied into the success of our clients vision. We will understand what the plans say, but we go deeper to understand what the purpose for the plans are and bring any insights up to further the projects success.
With several operational initiatives and the creation of Infrastructure Solutions, IES has emerged into a holding company operating four businesses that offer industrial products and infrastructure services. While we have grown, our businesses are North American-based and are comprised of operations where many of the original owners and employees continue to lead their operations.
We seek to continue our growth by investing in current and new employees who share our ownership mindset or by acquiring businesses with similar operating philosophies, leading market positions and strong cash flow generation potential that can optimize and benefit from our unique tax attributes.
We will do this through continuous implementation of appropriate technology, training for both our services and operations team, and our commitment to perform correct, each and every time.
IES Communications has experience working in a wide array of market sectors, and our specialized teams bring the benefit of prior lessons learned unique to each market sector to your next design, construction or site services project.
